Remove unused titles and subscriptions

We were informed we could not remove no longer subscribed to titles in our admin area. Due to the set up of our resources, we manage a suite of differnt user groups, so when logging into our admin area, we would only like to see current subs. Although we can easily revoke access to subs, the title remains in the admin area.

    This should parallel common session lengths for vendors. An easy option should be included so that the access cookie can be removed and the user fully logged out, if, for example, they are working on a public computer. Institutions should manage public computers well enough to negate that need, but they sadly dont in all cases. Users like the security of knowing they are fully and completely logged out.
