Add Error Template for "Mandatory attribute (unique user) not provided"

Admins are currently able to edit the error templates for various error messages via Preferences > Error Templates. However, not every error message has a template on this page. Recently a patron received this error message:

Error message title: Mandatory attribute (unique user) not provided

Error message: Please contact your OpenAthens administrator using your organizational email address. Click on the button below.

This was confusing for that patron, and it would be great if this error message was also added to the list of templates that admins can edit.

Is this currently impacting your ability to use OpenAthens effectively? No

We’re seeing this issue quite regularly, where an extra trailing space is added to the username field, most often due to browser autofill. This occurs across Chrome on PCs, smart devices, and phones, even when Library systems aren’t actively being used.

If we could customise the error message to clearly guide students to first clear their browser history, then manually enter their username and password and update any saved credentials after a successful login, and try a different browser if the issue persists, it would significantly reduce repeat issues and save the Library support team a considerable amount of time.

I get one or two tickets about this error message every week. Our users cannot make sense of this error message, but I can reply with a couple sentences and clear it up. This is a slam dunk of a use-case. Thank you for considering.
