Create a marketplace for librarians to see latest offers from publishers

Picture in the SP dashboard, a place to manage their 'marketplace presence' - upload a logo, information on the services, contact details, and the option to add and pay for a promotion.

Meanwhile, the IDP dashboard has a 'Marketplace' tab.

OpenAthens administrators can view the latest offers on resource subscriptions (free trials, discounts, etc), with the ability to make an enquiry, or request a trial, and allow the option to share contact information/entity ID for easy set-up automatically.
