Layout of "Contact your organization" window of error message

The layout of the window that opens when clicking on "Contact your organization" on an error message is not UX friendly. The current layout is vertical and does not take up the whole screen, so the user has to scroll to see the whole message, the organization contact details and the error details.

It would be better if this pop-up "Find your institution" window would take up the majority of the screen, according to the screen/window size (see picture attached for suggested layout). This way, the user could see all of the message right away and wouldn't have to scroll.
