In OpenAthens admin, make the search find and differentiate allocated and not allocated federated resources rather than having to click before searching. Also, color code in a sensible manner that meets with some universal standard if you're going to at all. Green for "not allocated" is confusing.

Under resources, the search for federated resource cards is frustrating. It should just search everything and sort allocated/not allocated. I find it very confusing that "not allocated" is color coded green. Find some better way to differentiate in a sorted list. I spend too much time on extra clicks in this interface and it would be helpful to have an improved UX
