Adding a personal account / admin account should be combined somehow

When adding a personal account in OpenAthens, you need to create an account, then go to the 'Preferences' - 'Organisation' option, then go to the 'Administrator' tab to give them the account admin permissions needed.

To save extra steps, perhaps there could be an option when creating the account to indicate whether it needs an admin role or a page on the account itself, though this is less feasible.

Something to avoid two seperate documentations pages and extra steps
