Put Allocated Resources in A-Z order in the Data Explorer dropdown list

Only include Allocated Resources in the Data Explorer dropdown list and put them in A-Z order.

Including just the library's Allocated Resources and arranging them in A-Z order in the Data Explorer dropdown list would make it easier for librarians to generate reports showing usage of each particular resource by particular user groups. (Groups is one of our attributes.)

There are currently some items in the dropdown list that are not part of the library's allocations and the Resources appear in a random order, so librarians have to search the dropdown list for each resource. It is a slow and clunky process.
