Add "includes" as another option besides "matches" in the Advanced Search

We are not able to know how many active accounts exist at any given time by user group. Each local account has multiple Groups (an attribute) associated with it. Being able to use "includes" logic for Account attributes in the Advanced Search would allow us to see how many accounts are held by students or alumni, for example.

This might also involve making the Groups attribute an option in the box that currently contains only Account, Last sign in, and Local ID, I'm not sure.
