MyAthens URL with embedded Access Account logins

We are looking for a MyAthens access URL that includes the username and password embedded into it.

This access URL would be shared with users that are on-site using the Access Account(the MD account that requires you to be on a registered IP).

This would allow any user On-site to access this URL without the need to actually know/have the Access Account username and password details.

This would also allow for easy access to the on-site users and would also count towards the Open Athens statistics.
