Report for who created accounts especially self-registrations

Our library recently implemented self-registration. We would enjoy being able to easily and accurately report from within OpenAthens how many accounts were created by Self-Registration. It would also be useful to know how many accounts were created by different administrator logins as all of our accounts are created manually. It should be fairly straightforward to add a visible column for who added an account, so the information is available in a spreadsheet.
