Expand scheduled reports to include Annual, Biannual and quarterly reports.

We need to report on time segments larger than a week or a month. It would be great to be able to schedule these Annually, Biannually, and Quarterly.

    If implementing this, please provide an option to customize/define Fiscal Year and Quarter dates, since our FY and Quarters may be different from others!

    This would be good as I report by semester twice a year and currently have to run reports manually or add up monthly ones.
