Here’s how the portal is organised:
Librarians (Identity Providers): Share ideas that help organisations that manage user identities and provide access to online content and services. This includes improving the experience for students and researchers.
Publishers (Service Providers): Share ideas for organisations that offer content and services.
In addition to displaying the last sign-in date, it would be valuable to be able to search or filter accounts based on it. This would help administrators identify dormant accounts for clean-up activities or to contact users who may no longer be actively using their account.
DELETE ACCOUNS IS VERY TIME CONSUMING (one to one accion inside the "Activity" Tag in the accoun recors) Please, add to the account List a field in an additional column – "Activity" (to facilitate the delete of accounts without go one to one inside of every account record. A second option is adding the "Activity" data to the Excel report, to delete accounts in a better way.
Please add a 'Last Sign In' column as it's really important in helping us manage our user base and ensuring we remain within our licenced user numbers. We would really benefit from this feature and would use it regularly. It's really difficult and time consuming to generate the same results using a workaround so would be invaluable to us as customers. Thank you!
By adding this column, an essential piece of information will be included to present to OpenAthens users on the status of their staffs' usage of the product. This can help promote how often OA is used and how it can further benefit our customers.
