See more than just one year's usage at a time in Reports

In Reports > Data explorer > Resources > Usage, you can only see one year's worth of usage at a time. If you want more than just one year's usage, you have to update the start and end dates, download the report, update the start and end dates, download the report...which gets very annoying very quickly. Please remove this restriction.
