When OpenAthens sub-org inherits local authentication connector, enable Default Permission Set by default

Typically, when creating a local authentication connector such as SAML, the Permissions tab starts out with the Default permission set automatically enabled. This is consistent with the documentation at https://docs.openathens.net/libraries/permission-set-rules

However, any sub-organisations that inherit the connector do NOT have the Default permission set enabled automatically. That is inconsistent with the documentation, and it is a frustrating ordeal to figure out that we have to manually enable the Default permission set in each sub-org that inherits the connector.

Would it be possible to update how sub-orgs inherit connectors so that the Default permission set will automatically get applied from the start, like the functionality at the Domain-level and the functionality described in OA's documentation?
