Improve "Save" UX across multiple features and functionality, but especially with suborg mapping

This problem is frequent across the OpenAthens admin landscape, but it is especially cumbersome in Connections>Organizations>Mapping. In the context of our consortium, we have 60 public libraries on a single connection. Those suborgs are mapped to accounts by an atrribute. I had to add to update about 30 mappings, and I kept losing work because of the necessity of having to CLOSE the work box for the mapping, then save one's work all the way back the top of the screen. Given the amount of orgs I was mapping/remapping, it was challenging to track the work, close all boxes, then save properly. I kept having to scroll to find the open box that prevented me from saving my work. If interrupted, this is especially problematic. Multiple time I lost / had to redo work.
