    Please make it easier to have multiple accounts. i.e. student at 2 institutions with 2 OpenAthens accounts gets locked out regularly from one or the other

    Have OpenAthens' SP reporting data report on unique users

    The reports tell me the quantity of transfers to my products from a particular organization, in a given timeframe, but not how many unique users these transfers equate to; is it 100 people transferring once each, or 1 person transferring 100 times?

    Users' activity tab timestamp

    For very recent activity, this shows a timestamp as "A minute ago" or "3 minutes ago". This sort of relative time is not useful! Please give these entries a proper timestamp, e.g. "12 December 2023 at 11:12"
